  • Is hypnosis safe?
    In short, yes. Hypnosis is a natural and gentle process, and you are always in control. There are no known serious risks associated with hypnosis.
  • How many sessions do I need?
    At Happy Soul Hypnosis, our primary aim is to deliver efficient outcomes for our clients. Most of our clients find success after just one session - as evidenced in our reviews. Our focus is always on achieving results in as few sessions as possible.
  • Do you provide information about the number of sessions needed for different goals?
    Each of our client reviews includes details about the number of sessions required to attain their desired outcomes. While we cannot provide guarantees, these testimonials offer insights into the potential timeline and effectiveness of our approach.
  • What types of problems or conditions can hypnosis help with?
    Hypnotherapy can assist with a wide range of issues, including fertility, confidence building, weight management, phobias, sleep disorders, smoking cessation, and pain management, among others. It can also help improve sports performance and boost motivation. We’ve helped our clients with all these issues and more.
  • How do I choose the right Hypnotherapist?
    When choosing a hypnotherapist, it's beneficial to consider client reviews and testimonials to gauge their effectiveness.   • Do you offer in person sessions?
    Since the pandemic, we no longer offer sessions at our Harley Street office. All sessions are now online only. Our clients find online sessions to be just as impactful as in-person sessions, with the added convenience of being able to participate from the comfort of their own space.
  • Is Hypnosis covered by health insurance in the UK?
    In some cases, hypnotherapy may be covered by private health insurance plans. However, coverage varies between providers and policies. It is recommended to check with your insurance company to see if they offer coverage for hypnotherapy sessions.
  • How do I book a session?
    To schedule your session, you'll first need to book your FREE 20 minute consultation by using the 'book now' button at the top of the screen. The consultation serves several purposes: Confirming our ability to support you with your unique concerns. Addressing any questions you might have. Establishing a mutual sense of comfort for our collaboration. Given our considerable waitlist, our focus is on partnering with individuals genuinely committed to transforming their lives.
